This 45-minute workshop provides faculty and staff with actionable strategies to master Gmail and effectively manage the institution's pooled storage quota. Participants will learn how to identify "space hogs" using advanced search operators, perform high-impact bulk deletions of newsletters and promotions, and implement automated filters to maintain long-term organization.
